Salt and Pepper polished concrete exposure is a ground and polished surface, typically exposing a spattering of small aggregate in the concrete floor.

This floor in Duvauchelles had a full shot of black oxide in it. A salt & pepper grind was applied to lighten it up a little and then we undertook a full high spec polish to 1500 grit.
