Governor's Bay Residential Renovation (January 2018)
This property was originally carpeted through out, but with heavy rain flooding the residence every winter, the owners wanted to find a more sustainable flooring solution. ABCG removed the carpet, ground the concrete down to expose the underlying aggregate, then applied a resene water based wax sealer, giving the floor a natural light emitting finish.

After the carpet had been removed, the old glue was ground off to reveal old tiles. These were then polished, giving them an industrial look.
